WELLINGTON MAYOR TO SEEK RE-ELECTION
(P.A.) Wellington, July 22. The Mayor of Wellington, Mr. W. Appleton. announced to-day that he would contest the mayoral seat at the forthcoming local body elections In November. His announcement followed the hearing of a large number of representatives of Wellington organisations and electors who waited on him at mid-day.
