RUSKIN MOTOR BODIES. Allied Motor Interests, Ltd . has agreed to sell to Austin Motor Company. Ltd.. England, a controlling interest in Ruskin Motor Bodies. Ltd.. Melbourne, if certain conditions are fulfilled. Allied Motor Interests own all the ordinary and preferred ordinary shares in Ruskin Motor Bodies. The Austin Motor Company offered to purchase 34,000 ordinary shares at 40/- a share and 20,000 preferred ordinary shares at. 20/-. Australian distributors of Austin products hold an option to purchase the preferred ordinaries at 20/- each. Allied Motor Interests has been offered a seller's option on thp remaining 52,0.10 shares in Ruskin at 40/- a share.
