In lhe second senior game. Uttku I beat Mangaweka by 8 points to 6. CASCADE CUP RUGBY (0.C.) Taihape, July 6. Played in the presence of a large attendance, the Taihape Railway team defeated Wanganui in a Cascade Cup Match to-day at Taihape by 14 points to 5. This is the second defeat this season which Wanganui has suffered against Taihape in the Cascade series of matches. For the winners tries were scored by Kite (2), Pease (1). Smith converted one try and kicked a penalty goal. Robertson scored a try for WangaInui, Seager converting. Mr. C. H. Transome was referee.
