London, May 9. The Maharajah of Nawanagnr has decided not to proceed with the offer to take over the “people’s car" factory of Grantham Productions, Ltd. Tlie Maharajah issued a statement that in view of the current economic conditions the production of cars or tractors was not for him a practicable proposition.
