Woolworths, Ltd.: Because of a large increase in the number of the company’s shareholders. Woolworths, Ltd., Sydney, has decided to pay fului'e dividends on October 31 and April 30 each year instead ol’ October 15 and April 15. Payment dales of Woolworths (W.A.>. Lid., will he similarly aiteied. Dividends due by both companies on April 15 next will not be affected.
