CROMWELL PROSPECTS FOR TODAY
The Central Otago gathering today and to-morrow at Cromwell will probably bring back to old-timers memories of the days when such meetings were a feature of life on the gold diggings. Nowadays, however, Cromwell Jockey Club meetings do not have the same appeal as of yore, but the club has a programme of five galloping and two trotting events for today.
