RANGITIKEI COUNTY AREAS INSPECTED FOR NOXIOUS WEEDS
Inspections had been made during the past month of properties throughout the Rangitikei County where notices to clear noxious weeds had become due, reported the inspector, Mr. J. Robinson, at the council's monthly meeting in Marton yesterday.
If the large American flamethrowers were available there was no doubt that extensive areas of dry seed-laden thistles could be destroyed economically.
