MERCY PLANE CRASHES
Recd. 8 p.m. San Francisco, Feb. 23 A coastguard seaplane crashed near Tijuana, Mexico, while returnnig from a 700-mile mercy flight to bring a pneumonia-stricken fisherman to hospital. Ten of the 11 members of the crew and the fisherman were killed. The seaplane radioed before the crash that it was lost in a fog. The fisherman wai picked up from a tuna fishing vessel
