The annual tournament of the WanG?.nui Croquet Association is drawing near finality, but two more days plaj will most likely be needed. Results of Saturday’s play are:— Championship Doubles. Final, First Life.—J. Peters and Mrs. Lockett beat W. E. Wilson and Mrs. Bourgeois, 2617. Final, 2nd. life: W. E. Wilson and Mrs. Bourgeois beat Mrs. Frost and Bassett, 26-12. Handicap Doubles.—Final Ist. Life: Mrs. Fisher and Beattie beat Mrs. Bassett and Burrell. 26-19. Final: Mesdames Drummond and Partridge beat Mrs. Fisher and Beattie, 26-15. Ladies’ Championship.—Mrs. R. Lynch beat Mrs. Frost, 26-18; Mrs. Lockett beat Mrs. Drummond, 26-14.
