Awa oa Stream was scratched for the .<an?anui Oup.at 5.45 p.m. In the race-book he wa 3 bracketed with Flying Gold, who remains as a second siring to J. G. Farrell's o’cher cand'date, Beau le Havre. The latter, however, races in a different ownership. Stream’s engagement in the Flying Handicap is bong continued, the hard state of the track being one of 'the reasons fop his withdrawal from the Cup field.
