Jerusalem,, Jan. 20. The Palestine Jewish 'National Council unanimously agreed that It would usa force to oppose acts of terrorism. The resolution added that Jewry would defend itself against threats used to obtain financial assistance to coerce school teachers, pupils and young people into acts of teriYrism. Mrs. Golda Myerson, head of the Jewish Agency’s political department, supporting the statement that force should be used against the terrorists if necessary, said: “We cannot continue to live in a state in which small groups decide what is to be the policy of the nation —groups guilty ot extortion, the intimidation of children, robbery at pistol point and the murder oi innocent persons.” Palestine police and security forces to-day began a widespread search for two British soldiers who left Hadera for Lydda shortly, after dusk last night on motor-cycles and failed to arrive. The soldiers 'reported missing have now been found, says a later message. A military spokesman said: "They joined the wrong convoy, going in the wrong direction."
