Petitioner was granted interim custody of the children, Francis John Corrigall (Mr. C. F. Treadwell) petitioned for a divorce from Mary Janet Corrigall on grounds of failure to comply with an order for restitution of conjugal rights.—A dedecree nisi was granted, to be made absolute after three months. Norman Graham Willis (Mr Treadwell) petitioned for a dissolution of his marriage with Sybil Doreen Willis on grounds of adultery.—A decree nisi was granted, to be moved absolute after three months. Arthur Leslie Julian (Mr. A. D. Brodie) petitioned for a divorce from Lillian Beatrice Julian (Mr. H. M. Keesing) on grounds of a verbal separation agreement.—A decree nisi was granted, to be moved absolute after three months. Respondent (by consent) was granted interim custody of the child.

Elizabeth Jane Heal (Mr. G. W. Currie) petitioned for a divorce from Terence Albert Heal on grounds of separation.—A decree nisi was granted, to be moved absolute after three months. Interim custody of the child was granted to petitioner. Ernest Alfred Powell (Mr. Keesing) was granted a decree absolute, respondent being Jessie Frances Elizabeth Powell (Mr. Currie).

William John Whatmough (Mr. B. C. Haggitt) was granted a decree absolute, respondent being' Eunice May Whatmough. Rami Estelle Parker (Mr. Haggitt) was granted a decree absolute, respondent being Erik Rowland Parker. Eileen Edith Goodall (Mr. Haggitt) was granted a decree absolute, respondent being Edward Thomas Goodall. Gertrude Jensen (Mr. C. P. Brown) petitioned for a divorce from Morton Christian Landt Jensen on grounds of desertion. —A decree nisi was granted, to be made absolute after three months. Molly Grace Johns (Mr. Haggitt) petitioned for restitution of conjugal rights, respondent being Wilfred Phillip Johns.—His Honour made an order that respondent take petitioner back within 28 days. Ruth Isobel Emily Williams (Mr. K. A.
