ESCAPED GUNMAN STILL FREE
WIDE POLICE HUNT Reed. 9 pm. Sydney, July 18. Detectives from three States are co-operating in the hunt for the gunman and thug. Antonio Martini, who is still at liberty after escaping from a Sydney Court yesterday. Al! seaports on the eastern coa:\ and border orossings are being watched in an effort to pen him in New South Wales. Scores of known associates have already been questioned, but the V police found that they either knew - nothing or would not talk. Detailed descriptions are being broadcast and published in all the papers.
