THE YOUNGEST HIGH COMMISSIONER
AUSTRALIAN APPOINTEE TO NEW ZEALAND. (P.A.) Wellington, May 22. The youngest High Commissioner ever appointed in the British Empire is Mr. A. R. Cutler, V.C., whose appointment on behalf of Australia to the post, in New Zealand has been confutr.ed by the New Zealand Government. - ir. Cutler, who is 30 years of age, will leave Melbourne by the Stilling Castle anc( is expected to arrive in Wellington about June 18. Mr Cutler will be raariied next Tuesday in Syd. nev to Miss Helen Morris, ot Belle Vue Hill. Sydney. He will be accompanied by ms wife, a graduate of the Universi'ty of Sydney.
