MAN AND WIFE THE WINNERS (P.A.) Napier, April 10. Husband and wife, Mr. Allen Roscoe, and Mrs. Fan Roscoe, are joint winners of the £2OOO art union. Mr. Roscoe is a railway employee and recently spent a holiday with his wife in Wellington, and purchased the ticket on the closing day of the Art Union. The nom-de-plume was derived from both Christian names.
