AID TO AUCKLAND FARMERS
FODDER RUSHED FROM SOUTH (P.A.) Auckland, March 10. To aid the farmers of Auckland province to overcome the grave feed shortage caused through drought, t’.' Union Steam Ship Company has ar.anged for two -hips to call at Timaru to load rodder for this port. The company announced on Saturday that the steamer Waimarino will call at. Timaru to-morrow to pick up an extra loading of fodder for Auckland. where she is due next week-end. Another steamer, the Kavetu, will load a full cargo of fodder for Auckland at Timaru during the week.
