(Special) Wellington, March 10. Situation. —A cyclonic depression west of the North Island is moving souttueastward. Fov ecast, to 5 p.m., Monday: Moderate to fresh easterly to northeasterly winds; weather cloudy, with scattered light rain developing in the afternoon. Temperatures, mild. Further Outlook: Moderate rain on Monday night, probably improving on Tuesday. The New Zealand Friends’ School, St. John’s Hill, reports as follows for the 24 hours ending 6 p.m. yesterday: Sunshine, 6 hours 40 minutes. Rainfall, nil. Maximum temperature, 78 dog. Fahr.; minimum temperature, 50deg. Fahr. Time of Sunset: To-day, 6.50 p.m. Time of Sunrise: To-morrow, 6.13 a.m. Phases of the Moon for March.— New Moon, March 4; First Quarter, March 11; Full Moon, March 18; Last Quarter, March 26.
