Cr. A. H. Collins, chairman, and the county clerk, Mr. S. L. Orr, are to represent the Wanganui County Council at a meeting o£ the Ward 4 Committee of the Counties' Association to be held at Palmerston North next week.
Cr. Craig, who is at present indisposed, is to receive a letter from the Wanganui County Council conveying the sympathy of his fellow councillors. Leave of absence was granted Cr. Craig at yesterday's meeting.
