SPECIAL ALLOWANCES FOR AUSTRALIAN M.P.’S
Reed. 9.15 p.m. Canberra, March 7. While Parliament is in session mem hers of Parliament will be paid special allowances. Members and Senators from Now South Wales and Victoria will receive 22s 6d each sitting day, with a maximum! of £lOO a year. Members and Senators from the four other States will receive the same daily rate but f Tie maximum will be fixed at £125. Tn their case weekends Front in Canberra will he regarded as sitting da vs.
