NO AGREEMENT IN MOSCOW Recd. 8.30 p.m. London, March 6. The Persian Prime Minister, Bey Sultaneh, according to Moscow radio, has postponed his departure for two day.. Reuter’s Moscow correspondent reports Bey Sultaneh as saying tha: there was no question of an agreement being leached in Moscow, and he must report back to his Government and Parliament. Tabatabi, a leading political personality, deSared that Persia .should break off relations with Russia and again refer .he case to the Unite.; Nations, says the "Daily Telegraph’s” Teheran correspondent. Tabatabi. who has long been exiled, is now tile leader of the "National Will” party, which Ilir> "Tudeh” calls Russia's Enemy Number One. Tabatabi said. “Russia asked for a.’d insi ted on direct talks to fool the world and the Persian nation. Half the members of Parliament voted for Bey Sultaneh because the Russian authorities at Teheran showed their liking for him.” Speaking of oil concessions to Russia, Tabatabi said that by granting uch rights to Russia Persia would lose everything. He accused the Russian leaders of not respecting their own signatures and obligations.
