INCOME TAX
The Commissioner of Taxes draws the attention of taxpayers to the notification appearing in to-day’s issue that the due date of payment of income tax is on Thursday, the 14th. dav of February, 1946. Additional tax will accrue if the tax is not paid on or before March 7, 1946. The demands will be posted on or about February 7, Demands must be presented with all payments, and if a demand has not been received the taxpayer should notify the Superintendent of the Office of the Land and Income Tax Department where the taxpayer’s records are filed. If any taxpayer is in doubt as to the location of his records he should communicate with the Commissioner of Taxes, Wellington.
