AIR CHIEF MARSHAL PEIRSE RETIRES

The London Gazette has announced the retirement of Sir Richard Peirse, who will retain the rank of Air Chief Marshal The Press Association says that Air Chief Marshal was called “Lucky’ Peirse because of a number of escapes from death.
