PALMERSTON HIGH BEAT COLLEGIATE SCHOOL ONE-DAY MATCH PLAYED In a onc-day cricket match played on the Wanagnui Collegiate ground yesterday, the first eleven of the Palmersjon North Boys’ High School, who had first use of the wicket, beat Collegiate School by 162 runs. In their innings Lie visitors compiled 242 for seven and declared. Top-.corer was J. Andrews (84). Next highest scorer was D. S. Dry (42). M. D. Beattie (three for 32), A. G. Barnitt (two for 43), and A. S. Paterson (one for 15) secured the best averages for Collegiate School. After a heavy four hours’ in the field the school batting fell away against the bowling of M.
