SECRETARY FOR HESS
MAY REVEAL SECRET OF FLIGHT TO ENGLAND Recd. 6 p.m. London, Nov. 14. Hess’ confidential secretary, 32-year-old Fraulein Speer, who may hold the key to the mystery of his flight to England, has bpen arrested in Bremen, says the “Daily Mail.” She is travelling to Nuremberg under close escort where she will be faced by a team of skilled interrogators. British, American and Russian war crimes investigators have combed Europe for the last six months searching for Sneer, who, however, eluded them until denounced by an anti-Nazi former inmate of an internment camp. Speer, who was living with her mother in a back street house in Bremen when arrested, produced an identity card which showed that after the end of the war she crossed from the Russian zone to the British zone by means not yet disclosed.
