The chairman, Mr. D. D. Simpson (Hunterville) has been appointed to represent the Wanganui Hospital Board on the Local Government Committee of the Wanganui Regional Planning Council. Mrs. H. Minhinnick, head masseuse at the Wanganui Hospital, tendered her resignation to the **;ard at its monthly meeting yesterday. She is to take up a private practice in Palmerston North and her resignation was received with regret, warm tributes being paid by board members to her services at the Wanganui Hospital.
