MR. LEE NOT LIKELY TO BE DISCUSSED
LABOUR PARTY CONFERENCE
(P.A.) Wellington, Nov. 13 “There has been no discussion of Mr. Lee, and 1 don’t think there is likely to bo,” said Mr. Janies Thorn, M.P., of the Press Committee of the Labour conference to-night. Dlr. Thorn spoke in comment on a suggestion made in several quarters that the re-admission oi Mr. J. A. Lee, leader of the Democratic Labour Party, to membership of the Labour Party would be a subject for consideration at the conference. “There has been no remit on the subject,” Mr. Thorn said, “and no approach has been made. I cannot see any reason ior believing the matter will be discussed.”
