The amendment to the Fair Rents Aet gives to householders THE RIGHT TO ARRANGE TENANCIES FOR STATED PERIODS OR TO OBTAIN RE POSSESSION OF THEIR ROOMS SHOULD THE TENANT PROVE UNDESIRABLE. This ensures a home for the serviceman during the critical period of his early rehabilitation and enables the householder to make a contribution towards the solution of this most urgent problem without losing control of his property.
