GOVERNMENT’S POLICY IN BRITAIN Recd. 10 p.m. London Nov. 8. The "Daily Telegraph’s” political correspondent says the Government will .s’.ortly introduce a Bill establishing a National Investment. Board to control all private and public investment. The Government’s policy is that money available for investment shall be compulsorily diverted to undertakings held to be most needing new or added capital, with the maximum cf help going to companies facing the heaviest competition in overseas markets.
