Field-Marshal Montgomery Opens “Khaki University.”—Field-Marshal Sir Bernard Montgomery recently opened the “Khaki University” which has been established in the United Kingdom for members of the Canadian forces. After the ceremony he was mobbed by autograph hunters, one of whom is seen offering her back as a support while “Monty’ signs her hook. It may be noted, incidentally, that Field-Marshal Montgomery wears eight rows of ribbons.
