TOYS MANUFACTURED IN NEW ZEALAND. rpHE sale, by any toy manufacturer, of toys manufactured in New Zealand is prohibited until either: (a) The Price Tribunal has authorised a maximum selling price to the manufacturer concerned, or, (b) a Price Order fixing manufacturers’ selling prices for toys manufactured in New Zealand has been issued by the Tribunal and has come Into force. These goods were declared under Declared Goods (Control of Prices' Notice 1945, No. 1. on May 1, 1945 (New Zealand Gazette. May 3. 1945. Vol. 11. No. 30). This prohibition does not affect any toys in respect of which the Tribunal, prior to November 19, 1945, has approved or authorised to the manufacturer concerned a specified selling price or a maximum aelling price. This prohibition is in accordance with the powers conferred on the Price Tribunal by (he Control of Prices Emergency Regulations, 1939, and Amendment No. 3. Notice of this prohibitic,-! has appeared in the New Zealand Gazette of November 1, 1945 Vol. 111, No. 69.
