PLANT, ETC., comprising: 1-STAND KIWI SHEARING PLANT (as new), International engine, woolpress, 5-cow Gane milking plant and accessories, Lister separator, milk vat. 2 good cream and milk coolers, excellent chip heater, iron sledge, stacker, Booth-Mac hay sweep, tumbler sweep, mower, hayrake, Whakatane and Tyne harrows, long extension ladder, saiy bench, dray, flame thrower, barrow, dehorner, sgall. and Sgall. cream cans, grindstone. cart saddles, horse collars, swingle trees, tiding saddle and bridle, block and tackle, salt lick, drums, cow cowers, 75ft. garden hose (ae new), plain and barb wire, netting, emery stone, vyce, hayforks, fowlhouse on sledge, drums, and a wide range of farm tools and sundries. ALSO, in the house: Porcelain bath (as new), elec, range (English Jackson), in perfect condition. 20 gall, electric water cistern with Thermostat, Ewbank table mangle, lady's bicycle, as new. (Any of the above may be seen at any time. Ring Mrs. Paul, 2256, evenings). NOTE.—An excellent herd of young cows in real good order, heavily culled by the late Mr. Percy Paul from season to season. For years past thio herd has been milked tor town supply and almost half the herd are due to calve again next autumn; they are at present milking very well. Individual calving dates will be announced at the Sale. The plant, implements and sundries are in excellent order.
