UPPER ARAMOHO AND PAPAITI SPORTS
ASSOCIATION’S ANNUAL MEETING At the annual meeting of the Upper Aramoho atid Papaiti Sports’ Association the following officers were elected : Patron, Mr. J. McK. Low; president, Mr. G. H. Trott; vice-presidents, Messrs C. 1. Leigh, S. Major, A. P. Shield ,R. Farley and G. W. Perrett, executive committee, Messrs B. Brider, A. C. Baylor, Dudley, A. J. Hughes, Roy Hughes, 'l'. Kennedy. J. Pawson, T. Symes, N. Lawrence, Roy Watson and \\l Woolier; hon. secretary, Mr. R. R. Young; hon treasurer, Mr. W. D. Young; hon. auditor, Mr. S. Partridge. Il was decided to include woodchopping events in the programme for the next sports meeting, and if '•uitablc arrangements can be made. Highland dancing v. ill be a further attraction. The association 1 ecorded its ihaiiks to Mr and Mrs J. Mok. Loufor the use of the grounds, and to al’ donors of trophies. Since the last sports meeting, the grounds have been enlarged and improved, and the car parking area levelled and grassed. The sports meeting will take place during* the Anniversary week-end in January next.
