A notice in to-night's Ga/.ette fixes 1 i? following rates of the lew to be charged on wool produced in New Zealand irj accordance with the provisions of the Wool Industry Act for the season beginning October 1. In respect of all wool purchased from the wool-grower before October 1: For each bale. 6d; for each fadge. 3d; for each bag or sack. Id. Tn resnect of all wool purchased from the wool-grower on of after October 1: For each bale, Is; for <>ach fadge, 6d; for each bag or sack, 2d.
