‘ LONDON CONFERENCE I I PROBLEMS OF TRIESTE AND 1 YUGOSLAV FRONTIER I Real. 6 p.m. London, Sept. 19 I lite council of Foreign Ministers in London had another long session today discussing the problems of Trieste and the Italian-Yugoslavia frontier. The council issued he following communique. “The council, which m-> this morning under Mr. Ernest Bovin, met again this afternooon under Mr. Molotov. Both meetings were devoted to the further examination of the terms of the peace treaty for Italy. "The council agreed that the deputies should consider and report on the 1 problems of the Halo-Yugoslav frontier and Trieste, with the following terms of reference: | "Firstly, to repoit on the line which, in the main, will be the Ethnic line, leaving a minimum under alien rule, on the understanding that appropriate investigations will’ be carried out on the spot before the final delimitation of the frontier. Secondly, to report on an international regime which will assure that the port and transit facilities of Trieste will be available for use on equal terms by all international trade, as is customary in other free ports of tlie world."
