(P.A.) Parliament Bldgs., Sept. 20. Replying to Mr. Sheat’s description of Ratana Pa as New Zealand’s worst slum, Mr. E. T. Tirikatene, in the House of Representatives this afternoon, said he would take Mr. Sheat to an area within a few minutes of Parliament Building and then invite him to Ratana and let him say which was worse.
