LETTERS TO PRISONERS
Recd. 7.5 p.m. Rugby. Nov. 18. A Post. Office official stated on Saturday that accordng to a report from Bangkok, some 2000 letters from Britain, various Empire countries and the United States were delivered to civilian internees at Bangkok in July. Although letters appear lo have been delivered occasionally in the past, this was the largest, delivery made at the civilian internment camp yet. Prisoners of war in Siam have been receiving correspondence for more than a year.—B.O.W.
