TO-MORROW'S PROCESSION
ARRANGEMENTS FINALISED Arrangements for the Victory Loan procession, to bo staged in Victoria Avenue to-morrow, were finalised at yesterday’s meeting of the Wanganui City War Loan Executive Committee. The procession, which will leave the Town Bridge at 3 p.m., will comprise the combined Garrison and Queen Alexandra’s Own Bands, the Wanganui Highland Pipe Band, girls’ marching teams, “midget" marching team. Wanganui Boy Scouts’ Association, Guides and other youth organisations. Novelties of snecial interest, which will include military equipment, will also be included in the procession. At the conclusion of Ihe procession the "midget” marching team will give a demonstration of marching in front of the Sarjeant Gallery steps.
