“GERMANY HAS LOST”
APPEAL Recd. 8.40 p.m. London, Aug. 14. The Moscow radio to-day broadcast an anneal to the German neople from Field-Marshal Paulus, a German commander cantured at Stalingrad, saying that further continuation of the war meant useless bloodshed. “Germany has lost ' he war,” Paulus said, and urged the Germans to get rid of Hitler and form a peace Government.
