EXCHANGE OF CIVILIANS
Rood. 7.30 n.m. Rugby, June 17. Negotiations undertaken by th? Swiss Government on behalf of the Governments of the British Commonwealth and the German Government have resulted in an agreement for the exchange of <T : Ilans, 'rhe Swedish ship Drottinghom .has been made available for tills purpose and has arrived in South Africa. Germans who are to be repatriated will be taken on board and-delivered at a netural port against an number of civilians from the British Commonwealth now in Germany, who will be brought in the same ship to Britain.
