THREE RIDING ELECTIONS In the Patea County three elections were held in county ridings. Except in the Moumahaki Riding, where Mr. H. J. Wilson defeated Mr. John Lupton by 20 votes, all the sitting councillors were returned. In the Otoia Riding Mr. H. G. Back was elected to a vacancy caused through a previous councillor not seekinc re-election: MOUMAHAKI. •W. G. Belton 286 H. J.
