TAIHAPE BOROUGH COUNCIL
(O’Q (Taihape, April 22. Four members of the Taihape Borough Council are not seeking re-elec-tion at the forthcoming municipal elections. They are Crs. A. M. Ryan, Deputy-Mayor. T. C. Kincaid, W. Ashenden and J. McDonald. Cr. Ryan stated that he would not be a candidate for the council but he had been asked to contest the mayoralty. Should he decide to accept* the invitation he would let, the present Mayor, Mr. E. Loader, know in good time. _ ml
