RIVAL FACTIONS IN YUGOSLAVIA

Recd. 9.25 p.m. London, March 10. King Peter of Yugoslavia, the Prime Minister, M. Puritch, and the Minister of the Interior, M. Miliccvitch, have arrived from Cairo for consultations with the British Government aimed at settling differences between the Yugoslav Government and Marshal Broz Tito, leader of the Yugoslav Army of Liberation (Partisans). An Ankara (Turkey) message reported recently that reconciliation had been effected between Marshal Tito and General Mikhailovich, leader of Yugoslav Patriots. Messages received since from Yugoslav sources urged that the Ankara report be treated with reserve.
