Horse events, wood chopping, athletics, novelties, in which men, women and horses appe.ar have been arranged to complete a delightful programme. The best of horses always compete at Makirikiri and good entries have come forward this year. Hot water will be available on the ground, and there will be a stall at which pies will be sold.
