WELCOME HOME AT BULLS
A very successful welcome home concert, and dance was held in the Bulls Town Hall on Tuesday night. The attendance of the public was splendid. The successful concert programme was given by members of Ohakea Air Force station, and also by pupils of the Parewanui School. Mr. Walker, chairman Town Board, welcomed the following returned men: Sgt. N. J. Prichard, M.M., W.0.11 J. Reweti, Cpl. N. Grossart and Pts. F. Huzley, M. Wilkins, Geof. Ellery ana J. Henderson. An apology was received from Pte. L. F. Byrnes, who is in Wellington receiving medical treatment. W.OJI J. Reweti replied on behalf of the guests of the evening. Gifts were also given to each of the men by Mr. J. N. Ellery, on behalf of the Bulls Basketball and Hockey Clubs.
