FINNS REACTION
REPORTEDLY MADE KNOWN TO RUSSIA Recd. 10.15 p.m. London. March 0. It is reliably stated that the Finnish Government's reaction to Russia's peace terms were conveyed to the Soviet Government, says the Daily Mail’s Stockholm correspondent. A detailed explanation of them may be published soon. It is only known at present that Finland is strongly objecting to some of the terms, but Is willing to negotiate.
