N.Z.’s CONTRIBUTION TO U.N.R.R.A. FUND
Reed. 9.20 p.m. Washington, Feb. 9. New Zealand’s contribution t> United Nations’ Relief anil RehabiKation Administration would he 15,009,000 dollars, according: to the Assistant-Secretary of State. Mr. Dean Acheson, Australia’s contribution will be nearly 40,009,000 dollars, on a basis of one per cent, of its national income. The United Kingdom, Canada, Australia anil New Zealand would contribute about 450,000,000 dollars. India’s participation, so far, has not been determined, because it came within a special category, of an enormously large population compared with national income.
