NO INCREASE
CLOTHING COUPONS IN BRITAIN London. Jan. 7. Announcing that there would be no increase in the number of clothing coupons for the next six months, from February 1, Dr Hugh Dalton. Minister of Economic Warfare, said:— “Nearly all our wool, cotton and leather must come from overseas, and as the war moves to a climax in the coming months there will be many new and urgent calls upon our ships.”
