NAZI CLAIMS IN AEGEAN
Recd. 6 p.m. London, Nov. 19. The German news agency ; cates (hat German light naval forces occupied the Italian-held Aegean island of Nikaria, 12 miles west of Samos, and captured 240 prisoners. German forces also occupied the islands of Lipso and Patmos, north of Leros, after all enemy resistance rad ceased. A German High Command communique says that German forces made a sortie against Lipso, Patmos and Nikaria, forced the Italian garrisons to lay down their arms, and brought back considerable booty.
