AMERICA’S ASSESSMENT Recd. 8 p.m. New York, Nov. 20. Delegates to the U.N.R.R.A. (United Nations Rehabilitation and Relief Administration) conference at Atlantic City unanimously agreed to ask uninvaded member countries to contribute 1 per cent, of their national income towards the cost of rebuilding devastated Europc, the sum being computable for the year ended June 30. 1943. The United States’ share will be approximately 1,500,000,000 dollars.
