STREET FIGHTING REPORTED IN FLORENCE Recd. 8.20 p.m. London. Nov. 20. A state of emergency has been proclaimed in Florence following street fighting between Italian and German soldiers, says the Stockholm Afton Tidningen’s Berne correspondent.
